DMCA
We take intellectual property seriously around here. You’ll see names, logos, and trademarks on this site that aren’t ours—they belong to their rightful owners. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we’re fully prepared to handle any claims of copyright infringement. If someone alerts us that we’ve crossed a line, we’ll look into it and, if needed, remove or block access to the problematic content.
If you believe that your work has been used here in a way that violates your rights, please let us know. We’ll do our best to sort it out quickly, and we’ll reach out to the developer involved so they can respond too. They may even send us a counter-notification under the DMCA if they think there’s been a misunderstanding.
Before sending us any formal notices or counter-notifications, it’s wise to talk to a legal expert. Understanding the ins and outs of the DMCA and other laws will help you know exactly what you’re getting into.
Notification of Copyright Violation
If you need to file a notice of infringement, please include the following details:
- Signature:
A valid signature from the copyright owner or an authorized representative. If you’re a third-party agency, don’t forget to attach a copy of your “Physical Authorization Letter” confirming you have the green light to handle copyright matters. - Identification of Works:
Clearly list the copyrighted works you believe have been infringed upon. If you’re reporting multiple infringements in one go, just provide a representative list. - URLs:
Point us directly to the infringing content—URLs in the body of your email help us find it fast. - Contact Information:
Include your email address, phone number, and any other relevant contact details so we can reach back out to you. - Attestation:
Under penalty of perjury, confirm that the information in your notice is accurate and that you’re authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Remember, Section 512(f) of the DMCA allows penalties for false claims, so be sure you’re on solid ground.
Please send your notice to: [email protected] We appreciate your patience as we review and address your claim.
